Upper Suncoast Dog Training Club opposes the concept of breeding permits, breeding bans, the mandatory spay/neuter of dogs, and breed specific laws. Instead, we support reasonable and enforceable laws that protect the welfare and health of dogs and do not restrict the rights of breeders and owners who take their responsibilities seriously.

USDTC believes that any attempt at restricting the rights and liberties of responsible dog owners and breeders—especially via mandatory spay/neuter laws—must be defeated.

This area of our website is dedicated to current legislation and what our membership, the general public, and citizens of the Florida and the United States of America can do to have their voices heard. We provide as much information as we can along with how to find who to contact, sample letters and tips.
