PROPER FOOTWEAR HAS A NON-SLIP OR RUBBER SOLE, IS ENCLOSED AND WILL NOT SLIP OFF. NO - HIGH -HEELED SHOES, CLOGS, SANDALS OF ANY KIND OR OPEN-TOED SHOES ARE ALLOWED. LACED TENNIS SHOES ARE THE BEST. PLEASE NOTE THAT OTHER SHOES NOT LISTED MAY BE DEEMED AS IMPROPER. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SIT OUT OF CLASS IF THE INSTRUCTIOR FEELS YOUR SHOES ARE UNSAFE.

THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR CHILDREN TO TRAIN A DOG AT USDTC IS
"12 YEARS OF AGE".
HOWEVER, USDTC OFFERS A JUNIOR HANDLERS CLASS WHICH IS FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF
8 AND 17 YEARS OF AGE.
