How to Sign Up for Classes

  • To submit your registration, visit the page for the class you would like to attend and click on the "Register Now!" button. You may choose to use the online registration and pay online, or print the registration form and pay by check.
  • Make payment. Please note ALL STRUCTURED CLASSES must be prepaid in order to attend. Payment must be submitted along with your registration. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED IN A CLASS UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If you choose to pay online, use the online registration form. Once you submit your registration, a link for online payment will be provided. Follow this link to make payment online via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card.  If you choose to pay by check, use the printable registration form and mail or drop-off your payment & registration to the club prior to the class start date.
  • A copy of shot records can be submitted with your registration or brought to the first night of class.
  • For On-going classes only you can just come to the classes of interest and bring payment the night of class or buy a Class Card to save Money. No pre-registration or pre-payment is required. 

Vaccination Requirements

To insure the health and safety of our students & our dogs, USDTC requires that your dog be current on all the following vaccines. Proof of vaccines (or appropriate titer) must be provided. A photo copy of current vaccination records or a certificate from your veterinarian must be submitted for our files before admittance to class.

• Rabies -mandated by Law

• Parvo

• Hepatitis

• Parainfluenza

• Bordatella

We also request that your dog be worm free. A fecal check and/or deworming if necessary is recommended BEFORE the class start date. It is suggested that you ask your veterinarian about a heartworm check and prevention.

Refund Policy

A class tuition refund can be given if the Registrar is notified after the first class but before the second class in a session. Refunds will be offered first in the form of Class Credits by issuance of credit for another class, or in the form of a Class Card. After the second class, no refund will be given, but the student may be transferred to another class with their dog or given a credit to attend another session. The student is responsible for payment of class(es) already taken prior to leaving the class. A cash refund will be offered if circumstances prevent the dog/handler from attending classes into the foreseeable future. USDTC, Inc. will issue partial cash refunds for the following situation: Dogs and/or handlers who are injured/suffer an illness that prevents them from continuing with a class. Refunds or credits will not be issued for students who miss class because of vacations or dropping out.
